On Saturday, October 15th, Prof. Brenda Bailey-Hughes from IU Kelley School of Business held an open class on the importance of effective communication for the Executive MBA students. The main aim was to increase participants' credibility in professional conversation, so students practiced their conversation skills in groups of three using effective facial expressions, appropriate eye contact, and helpful body language. Attendees reported that they found the class very useful, and they were impressed by Prof. Bailey-Hughes's teaching methods.
