Kim Dong-pil, chairman of NexPalm Korea Co., Ltd. (Management 60), donated KRW 100 million to the 2nd Management Building Fund at the 600th Anniversary Hall of the Humanities and Social Sciences Campus on March 28 (Friday).
The delivery ceremony was attended by Chairman Kim Dong-pil, President Yoo Ji-beom, Executive Director of the School Corporation Joo Young-soo, Vice President of the Humanities and Social Sciences Campus Choi Hoon-seok, Lee Jong-eun, president of the College of Business, Lee Dong-hwan, Director of the Corporate Bureau, Cha Dong-ok, Vice President of the Dongchang Association (English 76), Kim Ik-rae, Chairman of the Clear Accounting Corporation (Management 62), Jeon Yong-joo, Chairman of the Business School Association (Management 74), Lim Kyung-yoon, Chairman of the Business School Association (Management 79), and Secretary-General of the Business School Association (Management 74).
Chairman Kim Dong-pil said, "I quit my job and started my own business at the age of 55 and I am happy to repay my alma mater and juniors a little bit."
President Yoo Ji-beom said, "I am very grateful for your support in the 'Second Management Building Fund' for the construction of a school building, which is the long-cherished desire of the humanities and social science campus. There are various procedures and processes to build a new building, and the members will work together to ensure that it passes smoothly and begins construction."

Last year, Chairman Kim Dong-pil donated KRW 100 million to the 2nd Management Foundation Fund, and today he donated an additional KRW 100 million. Chairman Kim Dong-pil has made many donations to our university, including the 60th Anniversary Development Fund of Business School, the Chongdong Foundation Development Fund, the Seongkyun Global Center Foundation Forum Fund, the Sungkyun Global Center Establishment Fund, the Business School Fellowship Mentoring Scholarship Fund, the Business School Fellowship Development Fund, the Millennium Hall Development Fund, the Business School Development Fund, and the Global Sungkyun Scholarship Foundation Scholarship Fund.
