The 74th class of the Business School Alumni Association donates funds to build the 2nd Business Building

On Thursday, April 10, the alumni association of the Business School, Class of ’74, donated 19,720,000 won (19,720,000 KRW) to the development fund for the establishment of the second Business School Building, a long-awaited project of the Business School. This is the second relay donation following the 10,720,000 won donation by the Business School, Class of ’72, on Monday, March 17, for the development fund for the establishment of the second Business School Building. This donation was set at 19,740,000 won (19,740,000 KRW) to symbolize 1974, the year the Class of ’74 entered school, and a total of 33 alumni participated in raising the fund.
The fund transfer ceremony, held in the seminar room on the third floor of the Business Administration Building, was attended by the seven alumni of the Class of 1974 who raised the fund (Chairman Bae Won-ki, Chairman Jeon Yong-ju, Chairman Park Yeong-mun, Chairman Park Jae-wook, Chairman Yoon Ju-seok, Chairman Kim Dong-seok, and Secretary General Lee Jeong-sang), Dean of the Business School Lee Jong-eun, Vice Dean of the Business School Seo Ah-young, and Administrative Director Kim Beom-jun.
On this day, Chairman Bae Won-ki, who delivered the fund as a representative of the 74th class, said, “I am glad that my classmates have come together as one to help their juniors.” Dean of the Business School Lee Jong-eun , who received the development fund in person, said, “I am grateful that our alumni have been a great help in making the Business School what it is today, and I am grateful that you have shared your valuable thoughts this time as well. We will do our best to continue the alumni’s wishes and become a business school that develops even further.”
