Dr. Choi has conducted research about a wide variety of topics in the management area: organizational justice, employee creativity, work-family conflict, leadership, and corporate social performance. He has published in several top-tier journals, including Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Organization Science, and Strategic Management Journal. He also received a Best Paper Award from the Social Issues in Management division at the 2005 Academy of Management Annual Meeting.
He obtained his Ph.D. at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey with the major of Organizational Behavior and the minor of Strategic Management. He has taught several courses in the management area, including Organizational Behavior, Management of People at Work, Leadership, and Introduction to Management, at Rutgers University, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and Singapore
Management University. Before he joined SKK GSB in 2010, he was Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resources at Singapore Management University.
