Gunbong and Wolha Scholarships of Kim Won-gap Alumni (Management 72)/Jung Young-hwa Alumni (Management 72) are held.

Last Thursday, January 13th, the ceremony for the Geonbong and Wolha Scholarships was held. This scholarships aims to support academic completion of business school students. Donators of the fund, Alumni Kim Won-gap (72, Hyundai Corporation / Vice Chairman of Hyundai Corporation Holdings), Alumni Jeong Young-hwa (72, Wolha Scholarship Foundation), Ahn Hee-joon, President of Business School, Lee Jong-eun, Vice President of Business School, Jang Young-bong, Director of Global Business Administration, and Lee Jeung Sang, Secretary-General of the Alumni Association of Business School was attended in the award of the Gunbong and Wolha Scholarship.

There are three students selected as scholarship for Geonbong and Wolha Scholarship, Kim Yoon, Jung Yoo-jin (the Department of Business Administration), and Park Jong-woon (the Department of Global Business Administration). Kim Yoon (Management 21), a student, said, “As the role of communication between countries is getting bigger due to the 4th Industrial Revolution, I will contribute to global cooperation and communication in the convention management industry.” Also, Jung Yoo-jin (management 20) student said, “I will focus more on my studies for my dream of becoming a certified public accountant.”
Alumni Kim Won-gap replied, “I hope scholarships will be a great driving force in difficult times, and I hope you study hard and get good results in return.” Alumni Jung Young-hwa said, “I will work hard as a senior so that I can concentrate on my studies even in difficult situations of COVID-19.”
