In July 2009, Prof. Eun-Ju Lee published anarticle in the Journal of ConsumerPsychology, a journal devoted to psychological perspectives on the study of the consumer.
In her article, “examinedgender-based determinants of consumer trust towards computer agents. In herstudy, Prof. Eun-Ju Lee reveals that biological gender identity appears inperson-to-person interaction and concerns trust, psychological gender identity(specifically femininity) and not biological gender identity. Additionally,this identity also influences relationship trust online.
Prof. Eun-Ju Lee received her doctorate degree in Marketing from the University of Tennessee in the United States and has been a member of the faculty of Sungkyunkwan University since 20008.
